1. Delivery

It is our commitment to ship your order on time and hassle free. Therefore, your information is the key to achieve our goals. By giving the complete information regarding your orders with us. It does not matter if you are ordering products for yourself or others, you must ensure that you provide us with an accurate address and information. We cannot be held responsible for delivery failures if you don’t give us the correct address or if it is an address that we can’t perform delivery to.

We ship nationwide to all cities within Indonesia. We use a trusted shipping company JNE Shipping Company (www.jne.co.id).

We do ship worldwide. We use EMS Post Indonesia for all shipping to overseas countries. The arrival of your orders may varies depending on your delivery area.

 •Delivery Rates

Delivery rates are based on delivery methods you choose, delivery area, and the weight of the items you’ve ordered. If you’ve ordered an item that is bigger than standard shipping size, charges will be calculated by volume.

If a shipment is returned as unclaimed, undeliverable, regardless of the reason, we shall be entitled to keep you liable for the shipping and handling fees that were associated with that shipment. We recommend that items be sent to a work or home address in order to avoid any delays in receiving your items.

Once we ship your item, we are no longer responsible for its condition or delivery to your chosen address. Any claims for damages on the item should be filed by you against the shipper.

2. Order Confirmation

An e-mail confirmation will be sent once payment has been received. Once the order has been confirmed, the item(s) will be processed, packed and shipped out and as such, it will not be possible to cancel your order.

3. Payment

We accept payment via bank transfer. You should make a payment confirmation of  your payment to validate your purchase.

We accept other payment methods such as paypal or credit card via paypal. For payment via paypal, all shipping rates and price are al in USD. The shipping rates for both domestic and international will be based on and equivalent to current market rate.

We use the Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) for any payment via bank transfer. However, for paypal we use USD for the currency preference.  Prices shown in this Site may be displayed in a Indonesian currency but we will use the USD for paypal. Conversion rate from IDR to USD will be based on the current market rate. For more info regarding this matters, please do not hesitate to contact us.

4. Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent. Please keep this e-mail as a reference as it will also include your order tracking number, carrier and instructions on how to track your package.

5. Exchange & Returns

If you wish to return or exchange this product, you may return it to us within 7 days from receiving your order. We kindly ask that you ensure that the item remains unused and is in their original packaging with any labels attached. Please note that for any returns, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees incurred.

6. Cancellation

We have the right to terminate the contract if the product is unvailable and/or if there is a suspicious action on your transaction. We will give you a notification before hand for your awareness.
